We are now offering our Happy Lawn Program, which brings us a whole new set of customers and challenges. To keep up with the current state of things and still offer the best in Customer Service, we created Tele-Turf. An innovative and one of a kind approach to Turf Consultation.
How Tele-Turf Works
With 2 easy to set up consultation options, we believe we can accommodate almost any busy schedule. The first option is a 15 minute virtual consult utilizing your phones camera and internet capability. You will speak live to a Chemical Operations Manager who has over a decade in the turf industry. They will be able to give you expert advice and recommendations both over the phone and through follow up emails that specifically address your issues with the turf.
The second option is an on site visit from a Chemical Operations Manager who will spend up to 30 minutes with you on the lawn. During the visit, the Manager will walk the lawn with you, look at any concerns you may have and suggest a plan of action. The Manager will also take a number of core soil samples to be analyzed by our Soil Laboratory. This will give a better understanding of any soil conditions that could create issues or hinder the effectiveness of your lawn application program. The manager will make suggestion on how to address the issues and what services would provide the best results. This would also be followed up by emails that specifically address your issues.

Virtual Consults are available Mon, Wed & Fri 9am to 12 pm. Tues & Thurs 2:30pm to 5pm.
On Site Consults are available Mon, Wed & Fri 12:30pm to 5pm. Tues & Thurs 9am to 12pm.
